Sorrento Formby is very much a family run business, but could not be possible without their loyal and hardworking staff who become part of the family themselves.
Luciano first came to England from Sorrento, Italy in 1987 with his wife Jayne. He began working as a waiter in Liverpool, later moving to Southport where he worked as a chef and waiter.
In 1998 they opened their first Sorrento Restaurant in Orrell, with an amazing team, which some have been with them for over 13 years. After the great success of the Orrell Restaurant, they went on to open a second in Formby, September 2009. Sorrento Formby is now ran by Luciano with the help of his daughter Anna.
